KLOCRPipeline

KLOCRPipeline defines a staged OCR pipeline for page images, engine routing, candidate fusion, and reading-order reconstruction. It keeps the OCR contract independent from the concrete engine. Apple Vision is provided as one product, while PaddleOCR Core ML is an optional adapter for model files supplied by the host.
